DEMAND SAFE & EASY VOTING IN EVERY STATE The United States Postal Service is a vital lifeline for millions of Americans. It’s an essential foundation of our nation. It’s essential for a safe and secure election in the time of coronavirus. Supporting the post office shouldn’t be partisan.

In the Demand Safe Voting Townhall today, Elizabeth Warren said:
1. We need an independent postmaster
2. Congress needs to act swiftly to shore up the postal service
3. The Heroes Act has designated 25 billion dollars to get the Post Office through this crisis
Conservatives want to privatize it, so here we are, emailing you today. A few weeks ago, we joined 105 other civil rights groups to call for robust funding for the U.S. Postal Service (read about it by clicking here). Now we’re asking you to help turn up the drumbeat:  First: Send a letter (with a stamp!) to
 Rep. Paul Gosar
  2057 Rayburn HOB
 Washington, DC 20515
and tell him about why you love the post office. Second: Call your Senators
Tell them to pass the Heroes Act without watering it down. Passed by the House on May 15th, this new COVID response bill includes (among many other important things) $25 billion in funding for the USPS. Click here to get the call script and call today.
