The Trump administration is planning on going ahead with the opening of the Artic National Wildlife Refuge to drilling rights. Lawsuits are expected because the environmental impact plan as filed, has many flaws and irregularities. On 9/12 the Democrat-controlled House approved legislatin that would halt the lease-sale plan. It is not expected to survive the Senate.  Here is a good opportunity for you to contact Sens. Sinema and McSally.
A 30-day comment period starts following the release of the environmental impact statement. It is not yet listed in the federalregister.gov. Keep checking.
