Hello NAZCCA Community! Somehow 2020 is almost over, and what a year it has been. From racial justice to climate change to the continued challenges of the pandemic, it has been a difficult year, but we haven’t stopped fighting and we are stronger and more resilient for it. We need to work towards meaningful conversations, in which all voices are acknowledged and heard, and empower every person to get involved. Thank you for the tireless dedication you have put into climate action in your communities. You have helped NAZCCA provide education, tools, and support for individuals to advocate for the climate. Katherine Allen grew up in Venezuela, Colombia, Australia, and Hong Kong. After college graduation, she served for 2 years in the Peace Corps, teaching science at Mhlatane High School, eSwatini, Southern Africa. Purchase Ticket YAVAPAI COUNTY ~ SUSTAINABILITY TEAM The County is embarking on a major revision to the 2012 Yavapai County Comprehensive Plan in 2021. Key elements in the 2012 plan include land use, water resources, growth areas, energy, environmental, open space, transportation.
