On Sunday evening, several hours after President Biden’s historic announcement that he would not continue his quest for a second term, national Indivisible announced its endorsement of Kamala Harris. This followed an overwhelming vote from Indivisibles in all fifty states and the District of Columbia, with more than 93% voting in favor.
“Indivisible is beyond proud today to join President Biden in announcing its endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris to be the 47th president of the United States,” said co-founder and co-executive director Ezra Levin. “We’ve heard from Indivisibles across the country that Kamala Harris’s name at the top of the ticket will be a fresh opportunity to excite new volunteers, bring new energy to the work and start new conversations with voters.”
