The nonprofit Wildfire, the State’s Residential Utility Consumer Office, and Arizona PIRG Education Fund are holding community town halls on the APS and UNS Gas rate cases next week (week of Sept. 8). The town halls will be in Prescott, Lake Havasu City, and Flagstaff. These events are designed to provide education, lift up community voices, and ensure the Arizona Corporation Commission fully understands the impact rising rates are having on households across Arizona. The Community Town Hall in Prescott will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 10, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at Yavapai College, Prescott Campus, 1100 East Sheldon Street, Prescott.
Event details and registration links are available here: Community Forums on Rising Utility Costs. Digital and printable flyers are also attached for easy sharing.
We greatly appreciate you sharing widely with organizations and individuals you know, encouraging folks that can come to RSVP.
