Dear Yavapai County AAA Petition Circulators

We had a great three months. Thanks to your efforts we have notarized 73 petitions and have collected almost 1,000 signatures!

Not only are we collecting signatures at the YavDems Office and events, but at Democratic Women of the Prescott Area and Prescott Indivisible events.

We will be at the Prescott Public Library, Elsea Room on two Thursdays, January 11 and 25 from 4-6pm, collecting signatures, signing out petitions and will have a notary available.

On Monday, January 15, we will gathering signatures at the MLK March from 9-10am at the Prescott College Parking Area, 220 Grove Ave and then swing over to the Prescott United Methodist Church, 505 Gurley Street. If you want to circulate and gather signatures, RSVP to this letter and let us know you’re coming. Please bring your clipboard and petition. We will have additional petitions if needed.

Many of you report great success at collecting signatures at the farmers markets parking lots.

One of our Prescott Valley circulators sits on the bench outside the PV Post Office and has had a good experience.

Please share your favorite places with us and we’ll let others know.

If you or your friends want to have a house party and need support, please reach out to us.

We have six banners for tables and/or carrying with our logos and Sign/PickUp/Notarize (3) and Signature Gathering (3). If you want to sign one out, please let us know.

ABC’s On the Brink news anchor Diane Sawyer and Congressional correspondent Rachel Scott go behind the laws to see how women in high-risk pregnancy cases are being affected. It is streaming on HULU. (No link available.)

The enclosed newsletter from AZ Indivisible has a great deal of information and we hope you find it of interest.

We look forward to working with you.

Onward!
