| Extremist legislators are overplaying their hand |
The onslaught of awful bills at the Arizona Legislature shows that radicalized legislators are desperate to make their mark before the voters punish them in November.
We need to remind our friends, neighbors, and community members that some of our elected representatives are not working in our interest. We can’t sleepwalk into the 2022 midterms, but must use every minute between now and Nov 8 letting people know that their votes matter.
This is the last week (barring a Special Session and pending the budget bills) to use Request to Speak. After this week, our main actions will be phoning, emailing, and contacting our legislators via social media, personal notes & appointments, carrier pigeons–anything & everything.
