During Prescott Indivisible’s March 7 general meeting, PI intern Toby Chang announced a collaborative effort between Prescott Indivisible and the Launch Pad Teen Center in Prescott. Toby, who graduates from BASIS Prescott this spring, is ending his PI internship on a strong note by organizing a jointly hosted intergenerational roundtable discussion on Saturday, March 16.

The roundtable will be a conversation between members of Generation Z and the Baby Boomer generation, an opportunity for people from different generations and life experiences to learn about one another and find commonalities. It is part of the Launch Pad’s Better Together program, which began two years ago as a call to action to engage in civil discourse and encourage respect for differences.

The discussion will be recorded on video and parts will be published in the Youth Perspective, a feature on Prescott Indivisible’s website that makes occasional appearances in the PI newsletter as well.

Prescott Indivisible is now inviting ideas for questions to be used in the roundtable discussion March 16. Click below to submit your question. And be sure to let us know if you are interested in being part of a future roundtable.
