Gary Beverly, Executive Committee member of the Citizens Water Advocacy Group (CWAG), will discuss what can be done to protect our groundwater, including passing the Rural Management Authority Act, increasing Irrigation Non-Expansion Areas (INAs), and developing regionally agreed upon conservation measures
