Over the past few weeks, you’ve been a part of helping us roll out individualized action items encouraging the Biden administration to champion his agenda immediately. These action items are the foundation of the Let’s Go Joe! campaign. We are launching with two issues you may already be familiar with — encouraging President Biden to declare a climate emergency and canceling federal student loan debt:Declaring a national climate emergency would allow the President to mobilize our nation’s resources on a massive scale to transition to clean, renewable energy and create millions of good-paying, green jobs.
Canceling federal student debt would give much needed economic relief to 45 million Americans holding more than $1.8 trillion in debt while we deal with the highest inflation in half a century on the heels of a worldwide pandemic.
