Voting is our superpower. And voting early? In massive numbers? That’s next-level power! And now we’re gearing up to use it – which means promptly, collectively and overwhelmingly exercising our right to vote. Because “We, the People,” decide who represent us and the sooner that “We, the People,” vote, the better!
So, on October 17, we’re converting all our protest energy into voting energy for No Kings: Vote Early – the biggest event to Get Out the EARLY Vote the country has ever seen!
Join Prescott Indivisible in Prescott Valley (SR 69 and Lake Valley Road) for a community visibility event followed by a symbolic walk to the ballot drop box.
That’s Saturday, October 17, from 10am to 12pm.
This will be very different from past No Kings gatherings. It’s not a protest or a demonstration, and it’s not an occasion for political rhetoric. It’s a timely, intentional, nonpartisan effort aimed at achieving huge voter turnout in an election that matters more with each passing day.
So please leave your partisan signs behind and bring “vote early” signs instead – “I’m voting today,” “early voting rocks,” “my vote is my superpower” and so on. We’ll have signs you can borrow, too, plus a supply of American flags. And plenty of civic energy to go around!
