Citizens’ Initiative & Second Chances Initiative: Needs Signatures

The state of Arizona has been a staunch supporter of direct democracy since its forming, but its survival depends on our actions.

The right to petition the government—the Citizens’ Initiative—is a fundamental expression of that process, and two important initiatives need your signature NOW to qualify for the ballot. Unfortunately, both the AZ Supreme Court and Federal Court have denied attempts to allow safe, secure online signature gathering, so we’re supporting events that respect proper sanitary procedures–including masks, hand sanitizer, and personal distancing.
